CANCELLATION POLICY
Things happen, I get it! Please do your best and reach out to me if you won’t be able to make your appointment. Cancellation of appointments may occur without charge if notice is received 48 hours or more before the appointment. Late cancellations are those with less than 48 hours notice and will incur a $50.00 fee. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No call/no shows will NOT be tolerated and you will not be able to book again! Late arrival may result in a shortened service to allow me to be on time for my next guest. Late arrival of greater than 10 minutes may result in loss of appointment slot and the need to reschedule.
